eTalentTraks is a web-based solution designed to identify a person’s work related competencies that would best match against positions and industries that hire hourly and semi-skilled workers.

This robust online software platform has been developed for businesses with the need to effectively screen, sort, rank and select candidates for positions within the semi-professional work force. Today eTalentTraks’ platform is multi-lingual and comprised of 10 industries and 750 job sets.

At eTalentTraks we believe success is achieved when a person performs job tasks that best suit their work style. The stronger the correlation between worker behaviors and work tasks the greater the increase in employee job satisfaction and performance.

eTalentTraks was released in 2007 by The Performance Group, LLC., a Florida based company.

The Performance Group (TPG) was established in 1986 on the premise that the key to improving performance depends on an organization’s ability to effectively match people to jobs. In 1999, TPG established The Metrics Group, whose primary focus was to support recruitment and selection strategies for organizations with hourly work forces, with an initial concentration in the Gaming and Hospitality, Life Care, and Automotive industries.

As The Metrics Group continued to expand into other industry segments, TPG decided to reorganize the hourly support efforts which led to the development and introduction of eTalentTraks.
