EXECUTIVE TEAM

Judy Green, President

Judy joined The Performance Group in 2006 as an advisor for the Health Care Industry. In 2008 she became President of the eTalentTraks division of TPG.

Judy began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and obtained her clinical and supervisory experience in an acute care hospital environment. In 1985, she developed a new for-profit subsidiary of the hospital which provided a full service pharmacy and durable medical equipment business to the community. She later ventured into a Sales and Marketing career in the respiratory medical equipment industry.

Since 1990 Judy has served in several senior level positions for medical equipment manufacturers and has over 20 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing within the highly competitive medical supplies and equipment environment.

Judy is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Allied Health Sciences. She resides in New Jersey with her husband Jim and has three daughters.

Jeff Focke, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Jeff has been a technical consultant for The Performance Group since 2004. In 2008 he became Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the eTalentTraks.

Jeff began his career as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy for several years before branching out as a Director of IT in the distribution industry. He served in numerous leadership positions in the industry as well as a key presenter for their premier distributor software package. His knowledgebase spans numerous platforms, systems, and technologies. He also serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Paetec, a large, national telecommunications company.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Purdue University. Jeff resides in North Carolina with his wife and two daughters and has one grown son.

Greg started The Performance Group in 1986 on the premise that the key to improving performance is the organization’s ability to effectively match the work style of its work force with the tasks performed in the jobs. Working with a variety of organizations including Fortune 500 as well as mid to medium sized firms Greg has provided concepts and processes designed to increase the effectiveness and performance of both managers and associates within a wide range of industries. In 1995 he joined SHL (Saville & Holdsworth, LTD.) as President and Managing Director of the Southeastern region consulting practice. During his tenure with SHL, Greg served on an international task force for the development of the methodology and software applications for job analysis and job evaluation.
In 2004 Greg rejoined The Performance Group as President and Managing Director refocusing its business strategies toward hourly work force assessment and performance improvement within the Gaming and Hospitality Industries.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore in Human Resources and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development. He lives in Ft. Lauderdale with his wife Cindy and has two grown sons.
